Motorola Breastfeeding Sharing

Dear Motorola Employees,

Hi all, It makes sense that human milk would be the perfect food for human babies. Virtually all mothers can breastfeed, provided they have accurate information, and the support of their family and the health care system. But for many women, it is natural for minor problems to arise at first, especially if it is their first time breastfeeding.

I believe with a little educated guidance, a successful breastfeeding relationship is always possible. After today sessions, all the common challenges on BREAST can be overcome with positive support and suggest approaches.

Unless medically challenging, feeding should be initiated within the first hour after birth, along with skin-to-skin contact. Check out the video click. http://breastcrawl.org/video.htm

Common Challenges on
1. BREAST Crack / Sore Nipples
2. Nursing Strike
3. Insufficient or low milk supply
4. Inverted Nipple
5. Normal fullness vs Engorgement
6. Block ducts vs Mastitis ( infection )
7. Breast Abscess

The presentation had been sent to Motorola Employees March 12. The next events will be in April.
