I breastfeed my baby as soon as I delivered. My baby latched very well but I have a challenge where my baby cannot fully empty the breast. I decided to pump it out. At first, I borrowed my sister breast pump and tried to pump. Meanwhile, I also faced another challenge where my breast were engorged, block ducts and sore nipples.
I managed to search online for lactation help. I found out about Baby Paradise, Su Li. I contacted her and tried out Spectra M1. It was a great feeling that I expressed all the milk out. Since then, I direct latch baby and pump out whatever left over in the breast. After a while, my block duct came back again. Indeed I have lots of breast milk, I felt depressed again.
I went back to see Su Li, she shared with me how to settle nipple problems, block ducts, hand massage with hot water. I keep on trying , trying and trying. Finally I managed to FULLY Breastfeeding my baby. Even though the recurrence block duct still occurs occasionally but I can handle it. Baby Paradise had given me right support, positive thinking. Another is chat group for Baby Paradise mothers who always provides motivation suggestions and advice. I felt so happy to get to know many mothers and information about Breastfeeding.
