For the past 2 years, the main queries or questions that mommies have mainly linger around these few:
- Not sure whether I will have sufficient milk?
- How about night feeding? Will I get too tired? Can I supplement with formula at night?
- I am working fulltime, how to pump & store?
- How long should I breastfeed?
- Baby seems to want to feed for long hours, am I having enough supply of milk?
- I cannot see how much baby is taking from my breast, how do I know whether baby is having enough
- Don't know which brand of breast pump to purchase.
- My supply seems to dwindle after when I got back to work, what should I do to increase the milk supply
and many more questions.
I want to let mommies out there to know that it's perfectly normal to have those queries or questions. And you can overcome all that with knowledge, persistence and determination. Pls write to me or call me if you have any doubts at all. I have been through the thick & thin of breastfeeding and succeed to breastfeed my 3 years old boy until today. So always remember, if you want to do it, you CAN successfully breastfeed your child.
Take care & looking forward to talk to the mommies tomorrow!
