MOTHER’S DAY CELEBRATION CARNIVAL - 17 May

17th May Sunday 10am to 2pm at Masyarakat Penyayang (Seminar Room 3&4)

Purpose:

Celebrating new mothers and promoting the very essence of a lifetime gift 'breastfeeding'.

Theme:

Breastfeeding: Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies!
To highlight the urgent need to protect, promote and support the health and well-being of mothers and babies. Creating awareness and promoting the benefits of breastfeeding to the community.

1. We provide 1:1 counselling for your breastfeeding journey. Please call for an appointment. 016 4388230 Su Li before visiting.

2. We help to identify a breast pump closer to your needs. What are the criteria you are looking at? Close system or open system, durability, types of pump, comfort level, noise level, cleaning and all the safety concerns.

3. We offer free trial of breast pump to expriences cycle and suction. Baby sucks approximately 45 to 55 times per minute. The closer a pump is to this category is more effective to draw milk from the breast.

4. We share breastfeeding tips, technique or advice on how to increase your milk supply. What are the appropriate herbs to consume.

The journey to reaching your breastfeeding goals should always begin with the right education. Most breastfeeding problems likes sore nipples, engorgement, low milk supply, using wrong pump and others can be avoided or resolved with the right assistance.
