I have been exclusively breastfeeding princess for 3 months now. I find it is very good and would like to share this experience here. In addition, I would like to also support all breastfeeding mum, or mum-to-be.It is so much easier to breastfeed baby, as I do not need to carry lots of stuff if I want to bring the baby out for a walk or so forth. Also, breastfeeding baby making her so much closer to me. Her smile when she is hungry and a view of the mummy’s breast is so adorable.

At night, when she is sleeping, feeding her lying down is most convenient. She will move towards my breast and start rubbing herself and this would surely wake me. She do not need to cry for milk. All I have to do is to lift my sleeping attire for her access. As our breasts are both coordinating each other, during the feed, one will leak some milk. I suggest that either to pump while the baby feed, and later feed it into bottle for the baby. But, this is not advisable for baby below 2 months or too new born as baby may confuse on teats and nipple.

The expressed milk can be stored for 24 hours in chillers, and up to 3 months in the freezer. I suggest to use milk bag as it is easier to store milk according to dates. I will normally thaw the milk in advance, about 2 hours before the feeding need, and later transfer into bottle and warm it for feeding purposes. The warming up process will take normally about 5 minutes.I hope this can be made as reference, and I SUPPORT BREASTFEEDING…
